Any day of the week, no added fee for medication administration

Free Consultation
Each visit lasts 20 mins and includes:
Refilling bowl
Refresh water
Cleaning litter box
Administrating medicine, if necessary
Light play time
Wellness notes and photo
Taking in mail
Watering plants (within reason)
Surcharges:
Short notice fee (for reservations made under 72 hours) $24
Policies:
Minimum of 2 consecutive visits.
No alternating day drop-ins.
You may request a timeframe for the visit within our service window (7am to 9pm). We will do our best to fulfill your request, especially for cats with medical needs, but may not be guaranteed. Priority is given for cats with special needs. Please discuss any details with assigned cat sitter.
Payment.
Full payment is due on or before the first date of service. Payment can be made online by credit card.
Cancellation notice.
Cancellations must be received with 48 hour notice. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged one visit of $20.
Keys.
We would be happy to hold on to your keys for future services. If you prefer for your keys to be dropped off, there will be a $10 fee. (There will also be a $10 fee for keys to be picked up for future services.) For safety reasons, we cannot leave keys unattended or hidden outside your residence. You can also leave keys in a lockbox or with the front desk at your residence.
Emergencies.
In case of emergencies, we will make every effort to notify you first. If we’re unable to reach you, we will reach out to your emergency contact. We will bring your cat to your animal hospital/veterinarian of choice. We charge an hourly rate of $38. You are fully responsible for payment and/or reimbursement for all veterinary services, transportation, etc.
Additional Services
Pet Supply Shopping.
Running low on cat litter? We’d be happy to help pick up pet supplies or food on our way to our scheduled visit. Let us know what you need. We will also provide a copy of the receipt for your records. We charge a flat fee of $10 to shop for you, plus cost of food/supplies plus tax. Certain restrictions may apply in terms of size and weight of purchases.
Pet Chauffeur.
Sometimes veterinary open hours and work schedules don’t quite match. We can bring your cat to their veterinary appointments. Just provide us with a carrier. We’ll report back to you all the treatments performed and any notes from the veterinarian. We charge an hourly rate of $38. You are responsible for all transportation fees, parking fees, veterinary service fees, medications, etc.
Lock Out.
Here’s another benefit of keeping your keys on file with us. If you lock yourself out of your home, we’d be happy to help you out.
Fee between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. is $25
Fee between 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. is $80
