HOW IT WORKS:
NEW CLIENTS
Fill out our new client intake form. (Please submit the form at least 72 hours prior to date of service to allow ample time to schedule an initial consultation and set up your account. Requests under 72 hours may be subject to a short notice fee.*)
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours to set up a consultation time where one of our cat sitters will come meet you to will go over all the information necessary to ensure quality care for your cat(s) while you’re away.
Leave the rest to us, and have an amazing time out of town!
RETURNING CLIENTS
Log in to your client portal and submit a request. (Please submit your request at least 72 hours prior to date of service to allow ample time for scheduling and key pick ups, if needed. Requests under 72 hours may be subject to a short notice fee.*)
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a confirmation for service.
